RJS Technologies/HJM Precision- Integral Controls, Inc. provides controls systems for custom automated machinery manufactured by RJS Technologies.

Decostar Industries - Part of the Magna group, this new state of the art facility produces facia’s, rocker panels, and body side moldings for Mercedes and BMW. Our S-Max RIM system is currently running on seven systems at this location.

Plydex - Part of the Magna group, this facility produces facia’s, rocker panels, body side moldings and run-flat rims for the automotive industry. Our S-Max RIM system is currently running on three system at this facility.  Plydex has standardized on our system and we are upgrading two systems per year with our S-Max RIM control system.

Collins & Aikman - Integral Controls, Inc. provides Collin & Aikman with technical support for injection molding system as well as control upgrades using our S-Max IMM control system.

Pepsi - We provide controls upgrades on injection molding machines using our S-Max IMM control system as well as technical support.

Plastipak Packaging - We provide controls upgrades on injection molding machines using our S-Max IMM control system as well as technical support.

Bruno Machinery - We provide Bruno Machinery control systems for die cutting presses, as well as remote and field technical support.

Rhino Equipment Sales and Service - We provide Rhino control systems for die cutting presses, as well as remote and field technical support.

Rubbermaid - Integral Controls, Inc. has upgrade several injection molding machines for Rubbermaid, as well as provided technical support on various injection molding machines at several Rubbermaid facilities.

NSK Steering Systems - We  provide control systems for automated machinery used by NSK in the assembly and testing of steering columns used by the automotive industry.

J.E. Myles Group - We  provide control systems for automated machinery manufactured by the J.E. Myles Group. These projects have include an advanced hybrid press actuator that reduces energy consumption by 80%, and a NASA test system.

Sixflags - We  provide control systems and technical support for rides at Sixflags theme parks.
